Thanks!!!! This is my plan... thanx to your advice. I talked to a hypnotherapist today on the phone.... she said the same thing you said.. the urge will pass after a few minutes.... and in that time to snap myself with a rubber band. I'm also going to go now and pick up some of those herbal cigs.... for when I really feel like I need something in my hand(and yes... the lighting part).... then I have the hypnotherapy appt. on monday..... THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE ADVICE. I'll keep you posted..... hugs, Kristi
