I really don't know if this could be called a "cult classic", but Mike MacDonald's "Hardcore Logo", a story about a punk band reunion tour of Western Canada, is an incredible film. Not being a fan ral fan of punk, surprizingly, the music is excellent (I've bought the soundtrack AND tribute album - Hey, songs like "Sonofabitch to the Core", "Ten Buck F***" and "Rock and Roll is Fat and Ugly" can't be all bad).
The film is done in mockumentary style (ala Spinal Tap), but way, way more realistic. The film has so many levels and nuances, it is incredible.
So, here's to Joe Dick, Billy Talent, Pipefitter, and John - P*** OFF!!!!
