Hey Geek
My husband is in a band and last night at rehearsal we did a musical tribute to him by playing all the blues songs that the band knows. He was the father of blues and his presence will live on and his influence crosses all musical boundaries. He was quite a man and will be missed.
I don't think saving his obituary is in poor taste at all. It's a tribute to the respect you had for him as a man and musician.> john lee hooker died yesterday and I feel obliged to put some tribute somewhere. A great man. have cut his obituary out of the times and trying to work out if it would be bad taste to frame it.
> all about a man, a woman, a broken heart and a broken home.
> he was the man! his music has been with me in the good times and the bad times. so heaven has another mean ass riffman, at least I know when I die there will be something to dance to.
