Get to a hospital. Just be honest, as you have been here. Show them your post if you need to.
As much as I'm not fond of hospitals, it has been of benefit to simply ask for help. I contact my pDoc and he's very good at knowing when I need to be there. Agonizing depression is not something one should have to bear, especially alone. Wish I knew more about the UK system so I could really be of help.
Hang on. There is hope. I have to keep reminding myself of that.
