And it certainly won't be the last.What I find more shocking than this story is (after all this time) the "ignorance" about what ADDERALL is; i.e., an amphetamine compound that used to be marketed under the brand name OBETROL, an anorectic agent. Though ADDERALL is not as strong as DEXEDRINE, DESOXYN or BIPHETAMINE, it still is SPEED. And, surprise! surprise!, speed is addicting, no two ways about it. Equally shocking is this revival of "speed" back into the medical world via this nebulous affliction ADD.
