Has anyone filed a complaint ?

I filed a complaint against my therapist one year ago, and today I received a letter from the local branch of the Medical Board. I am supposed to contact the investigator for the case and schedule an interview. I'm not exactly looking forward to this...I feel very anxious!! Has anyone out there gone through this? Does anyone know anything about it? I would really appreciate hearing from anyone who has information. Thanks.
