Hi Cam, how are ya? I hope you had a great holiday and a very happy new year. All my best hun.
Don't worry about me increasing my dose, I don't intend to do that. Instead I just stop taking them for a few days and then go back to them. It seems to make them work again. Does that make sense or is it just my imagination? Also, my instructions were just to take them when I needed them but I keep reading that I should take them regularly so I just get confused.....Oh well, what else is new?
Thanks for the advice though. I hope you have a great 2001 and my love to you and your family...

Many people equate the loss of the motor side effects with the benzo not working, and thus increase the dose. This is the start of the spiral into dependence and possibly addiction. This is why BuSpar is perceived not to work, because it does not have the same motor side effects as benzos.
