*****
Like the lie detector test, certain people respond as if they are lying when they are not. Like people with anxiety disorders who are having anxiety reactions to the intense observance or the test itself. Neither of the techniques are foolproof. They also say that a person scratching his/her nose is proof of lying but what if the person just has an itch. I think it takes time to get to know individuals to see how trustworthy they are basically. When they are reliable and consistent those are good clues they are honest. Of course, I think everyone tells the occasional white lie, for example, when someone gets his/her hair cut and it looks terrible but you tell them it looks nice as to not hurt them. Just some thoughts on lying.
