writing in blood

I started to write a book on my life w/ mental illness & i was just wondering if i should ask my dr. for my file on me to help me finsh it.I been seeing him now almost 5yrs. that alote of stuff.& everything that the state has on me from other DR's & hospitals since 1986.
I not even sure if this book can do any good.Should i even finsh it or not?
