Hi PC - I still think of you as Clearskies!!

~ ~ ~ ~ This is preCISELY what I was looking for! Thank you for writing it in such a detailed manner. I sometimes try to 'be in the now' - but this description tells me exactly how to do it - & how to do it for longer than what I'm used to trying.

I often don't have trouble going to sleep, but I think it sounds like a wonderful thing to do each night before going to sleep.

I am most excited about doing it in the morning when I awake with unsettled feelings (sometimes caused by physically & emotionally vivid dreams; sometimes the new-day-awareness of various stresses & worries).

((((((((((((((you)))))))))))))))

:-) Kath

PS - my finger is poised over the Print button! LOL
