thanks therapygirl. of course now im regretting leaving the "nevermind" message. i had a decent afternoon, and i just didnt want to go there for an appointment i asked for special, because things were "bad", and be just fine. i wouldnt go to the ER and say I was sick a week ago. I know that isnt completely irrational, but it feels right. i see her thurs anyway so it isnt a long time. oh well.
