I saw my therapist on Christmas Eve last year. I was very attached to him, so I found it a really good thing. We kept the session fairly light; didn’t get into anything messy. I’d reckon you could see your T, talk about your plans for Christmas, keep it fairly easy, and the hard stuff will wait until after the holidays.
