The link you provided is actually a very helpful one.
I plan to talk about my thoughts of our therapy ending at my next appt. this week. It'll be interesting to see what he has to say about this. I think just the fact that I'm the one bringing it up to him shows me that I've progressed and matured (somewhat) over the last couple of years.
Usually I'm not so "proactive".
