I'm really sorry about these awful experiences. Being in pain does not make you a monster. Your therapist's behavior reflects her own issues, and is not your fault.
In my experience, if you have borderline-type symptoms it's best to find a therapist with psychoanalytic training. They have to go through years of (daily) analysis and supervised patient care in order to sort out their own issues so that they are able to stay professional even when their patients do something upsetting.
