Object Relations Therapy??? What is it???

I just read a pamphlet about my new T. and found that he has training in Object Relations Therapy. Is this different from CBT? He has several different degree's. Another place he studied is at th Jung Institute...what type therapy is this. I am so new to all of this I just need educated. Thanks.
