You need people to talk to right now who will not judge you but who will listen and try to help. So don't be afraid to tell your pdoc all about those feelings and thoughts. If it doesn't feel good to talk with him - then you need to try someone else. I am in the same place you are right now. ADs have failed for the zillionth time. ECT has made me feel worse . . . and I need to talk about it. At times I feel like I am hanging on by my fingernails, but like I said in another post - I have discovered that in me there is a shred of hope remaining and a wish to live.
