And the worst of it is that there are very very clear regulations in black and white.
Regulations on when applications to enrol are due by.
Regulations on how much work a qualification is supposed to be or to represent (regulations saying they must report the points values for invoicing purposes 3 ways including the number of weeks).
Just the most basic refusal to do any of the things that they are supposed to do.
And so...
What are you going to do about it?
WEll... THe University is too corrupt to do the things they are supposed to do. They didn't do any of those things. They refused to do any of the things they were supposed to do.
The Ombudsman just goes about saying he doesn't see a problem. Or saying he does see a problem. And then oh well whatever nothign is done.
The Government says the above people are independent and it is not their place to intervene.
England doesn't acknowledge documentation I send as evidence of fradulent billings, attempt to extort additional fees. Violation of terms of contract.
What am I supposed to do??
Stabby stabby in their sleep??
I mean they keep saying this is a developed nation -- but I don't see it.
They don't seem willing and / or able to parse their own regulations... And they are paid hundreds of thousands of dollars each year...
It makes no sense.
