Should Gov. Sanford Resign?

He left the country with no one knowing where he was going. (although I firmly believe that his "spiritual advisor knew where he was)
He was gone 7 days. He left his state vulnerable to any number of things..This link dwells more on his "indiscretions" with his lover in Argentina. I can't find the one that I wanted about the state being left to it's own devices. :-)
