Somewhere in Oklahoma

in the town near where he was born, there is a yearly festival in honour of Woody Guthrie, hosted with some reluctance, perhaps because he performed with a guitar that had 'This guitar kills fascists' written on it, or so I have heard.
This year a double CD was prduced with a title something like 'On the road with Woody Guthrie'. I'm not sure about that, but I do know the cover of the CD has a wonderful linocut cover. 2 CDs of music and spoken word about history.
You know what the town is, or the festival?
