ROFL.But cars... Petrol has gotta be a pretty big earner. Till... Well until it runs out and / or people invest in converting their cars to hybrid or alternatives... Then I wonder...
There was something in the paper the other day about hybrid peanut oil and diesel cars. Bit less grunt than just diesel but WAY cheaper to run. And better for the environment too.
I think this is just one of those things where...
It depends on how much we are willing to alter our lifestyles a bit in order to help the environment. Doesn't look like... The governments are willing to come to the party with reduced road taxes, or assisting with the conversion (about $4-5,000 NZ dollars to convert the tank).
But... We will see I suppose.
