Yeah. Bali is a nice place to holiday though. I think Australians are talking about boycotting it as a holiday destination.

And the moral of the story:What may have happened is that someone stashed some drugs in her suitcase on a domestic flight. They intended to pick it up at the end of the domestic flight but couldn't get to it in time. She boarded international - and was picked up at the other end.
So: lock your suitcases peoples.
Sure people can smash the lock, but then you will know your suitcase has been tampered with, and you will also have that as evidence.It is hard to know...
Dope is easy enough to pick up in Bali...
But...
Sometimes people do like to take a little of their own personal stash on holiday with them...

Without really thinking of the possible consequences of that.I was suprised at how many people were transporting ecstasy and dope via domestic airlines when I was studying over there. They didn't really seem to think anything of it.
The Kiwi's were a little more careful - but not much.It would have been nasty to have gotten stapped...
But Bali...
