Sorry that's wrong....the inspectors were given access to every single site in Iraq.. there was very little defiance from Saddam Hussien.. I could back up my statements with links if you want..

Bush suddenly kicked out the inspectors despite them making progress....if they wanted to confirm that the weapons were there they could have easily done so..
