I'm disappointed that Jade wasn't able to avoid being blocked, but here's another opportunity:

You can be the change you wish to see. Show other posters how they might interpret things more charitably. Encourage them to apologize. Suggest they not address those they can't get along with. Help them avoid being blocked.
