Thank you for your response. I was not aware that someone suggested it to you before.

One question: what do you exactly mean when you say fee splitting is a no-no here? The site would charge a fee for a consultation and the associated services of the site (ie. site maintenance, content creation and updating, billing overhead, etc.). So part of the fee would go for the site's upkeep and part for the doctor's fees. It is out of this site upkeep revenue that the money would be directed towards yours site.
