When I start a new AD, it makes me feel agitated. (This has been the case for me with Prozac, Lexapro, Wellbutrin, Zoloft, Paxil, Trintellix, and a handful of others.) These days, I also take Klonopin (current meds are 10 mg of Lexapro - I'm tapering off so I can try an MAOI, and 1 mg of Klonopin 2 times per day). I think the Klonopin really helps with agitation from new medications and agitation in general.
