In sweden they're going more and more towards lisdexamphetamine instead of pure dexamphetamine.
With lisdexamphetamine you will never have a crash because of a massive undergoing metabolism.
It is basically dexamphetamine depot, but works in that way that the body does not metabolize all the dexamphetamine in the same time and that makes you have a steady serum level in your blood stream over time with just one dose a day.70mg lisdexamphetamine is like 30mg dexamphetamine, but a little different as you can expect because it's not related to one another despite having almost the same name.
I recommend it as a antidepressant for two reasons.
1. It does not aggravate your temper in the same extent that dexamphetamine does to some poeple.
2. It is not an NDRI, which in my opinion can cause panic attacks. It is a DRA = more "well being".
And as someone said, a long acting benzodiazepine in combination can be very helpful in many ways if panic attacks is present.
