I think you'll be OK. Just don't take antipsychotics again unless you're agitated or psychotic.the "chemical lobotomy" requires high doses of neuroleptics for a long time. Adding stimulants or antidepressants can make it happen faster, I think, but...still...no. Your brain is not fried.
The only way I'd personally think you could have serious problems after such short term, relatively low dose exposure would be if you have tardive dyskinesia (sometimes happens after short term exposure) or withdrawal dyskinesia (happens, like the name suggests, after tapering off the antipsychotic).
Although dyskinesia is a movement disorder, it may also be a "dementing disorder," in that its associated with cognitive dulling.
Blah blah blah...I think you're fine, honestly. Psych drugs are potentially harmful, but short term exposure at controlled doses is not a huge deal (though still far from ideal, obviously).
