Too little B6 = not enough neurotransmitter synthesis.
Less likely to disrupt Nardil and it's efficacy.

Too much B6 = inhibits Nardil and it stops working. Hasn't quite been explained but there's an entry on wiki along with testimonials by past users of Nardil for a long time.

Hydrazines (Nardil) depletes vitamin B6 greatly (but it's better to use less B6 than more).

The reason why too a lot of B6 is dangerous is because it can lead to neuropathy. Pins and needles in your legs, hands, feet. Doses of 100 mg for years has shown to do this. 200 mg is a high dose as well. Most of this is usually reversible but it takes months. Doses of 500 mg or greater daily leads to effects that take years to reverse or it may be permanent.

It causes nerve damage. If you are eating a well balanced diet you should be getting a large amount of your vitamins/minerals/amino acids. You can take a multivitamin shake but you really should limit B6 to 25 mg/day. Or under 50 mg max.

Also, shivers are still not gone yet. 6 days off of vitamin B6. I'm guessing it will take 9-12 days. I also get back my B6 test tmmr so lets see if my levels are elevated. If not, then the shivers are from something else.

If you've taken 200 mg for years phillipa you should test your B6 serum levels to make sure you're not dangerously outside the normal range. Or you can just cut back.
