Your body excreetes excess B vitamins very quickly (thats why your urine turns fluro yellow within a couple of hours of taking a mega B tablet) - assuming the body needs 2mg of B6 a day, it would hang onto 2mg, and the other 98mg would be quickly excreted, I'd think the vast majority of it would be gone in 48 hours.
