nortriptyline without gain weight?

Hello,
I take sertraline + desipramine.
I have good results but side effects: bad sleep, a little anxiety and sweating from desipramine.
Also, desipramine is genotoxic.
Nortriptyline seems good but i gain weight easily and i'm already a little overweight (90kg, 1m78), do you think it's possible to avoid gaining weight with long term treatment with Nortryptiline?
