The eye twitches are probably unrelated to seroquel. There's a term for those -- they have to do with a pulsing blood vessel. I got worried about those when I took perphenazine (an older anti-psychotic), but my doc said not to worry and they went away. I also got thumb twitches on perphenazine and those made him cut the dose. They were really mild though. I'd just notice my thumb sort of twitching and trembling as I was reading. It would come and go. I would ask your doc.
