Twitches from Seroquel?

Ok - I love seroquel for the sheer fact it knocks me out and I sleep great.

One thing I noticed is that I do get some twiches (eye twitches, thumb twitches, etc.) I'm guessing these could be a side effect of Seroquel.

Also - Seroquel has worked as a mood stabilizer for me, along with Klonopin.

Should I be worried about the twitches?

I wouldn't mind trading out my Seroquel for another mood stabilizer that would help me sleep.
