Tensor--drug trials are the worst. They can be very anxiety provoking. Having tried Abilify (and failed), I'd just say, start low and be vigilant. (I developed no lasting side effects.) Stay in touch with your doctor. Do you keep a med journal of your trial lengths and doses (and SE's)?
And Concerta--I don't know much about possible side effects. Are they serious?
best luck and courage to you,

> I have become absolutely terrified about side effects from medication. When I was younger I would take about any pill (prescripted), but now I don't know how I would get started with Concerta or Abilify as augmentors. I seem to focus on s/e and not on potential benefits.
> This is a major drawback of knowing too much about pharmacology. With Abilify I'm certain that I would end up with either TD or NMS or both. Are my fears justified? I have combining conventional ADs back and forth for years but they don't carry the same risks.
