Savella 50 mg 2x better for anxiety suffers?

I was never able to tolerate Savella for more than 2 weeks at 25mg 2x a day, due to uneasiness feeling at work and eventually inability to concentrate due to that. Does it get better eventually? I noticed occasionally I felt really well/confident in public places which was nice when it was working.
