I feel the same way. I'm not on many meds, but they have added up to fatigue, sleep problems, GI problems, etc. It sucks. I'm a young, vital person. But 15+ years of meds have done this.
Still, as bleauberry says, best to march on, as best as you can. Whatever your favorite outside activity is, do it, do it, do it. If you have none, try to cultivate one. Walking in a garden. Flying a kite. Just sitting--on a riverbank, a beach, something.
Too, we all have to go out and do errands. No matter how crappy you feel, always put a smile on your face--people react so positively to a smile. Interact with cashiers as much as possible.
Maybe you do this already. If not, just know I find it hard when I am really crashing, but the effort it takes comes back in spades.
Take care of yourself. Be gentle on you. Small steps, marching on...
