Hi.

To the best of my knowledge, Nardil does not have a window of efficacy in the same way as does nortriptyline. If Nardil works at 60mg, it will still work at 90mg. The difference lies in the occurrence of side effects.

I don't know if that's the answer to the question you were asking.

With Nardil, a drug holiday of 3 months often allows for it regain its effectiveness. I would probably move on to Parnate if you have never tried it before. Should it not work, by the time you get done with it, it will be time for you to go back to Nardil again. One of my doctors had a patient whom he cycled between the two drugs.
