I'm sorry, its off topic, but what country are you from?

As far as laws in the US go, some states do have laws that allow drug testing drivers in certain circumstances(i.e. fatal car accident). Only ones I've ever heard of here are blood tests. I don't think they could convict here for driving under the influence of marijuana, simply because there is no way to accurately test exactly when someone last used marijuana. A person would only need to admit that used the marijuana several days before the incident.

There are many states that automatically suspend a drivers license if they are charged with possession of marijuana, during a motor vehicle stop.
