I have to fly quite a long way, and can't go as often as I'd like, both because of the expense (being non-FDA-approved, no insurance will pay for it) and because I can't take more time off from work. Overall, since I have been taking the TMS and having psychotherapy, when the depression does recur, usually after 3-4 months, it is in the mild to moderate range, rather than being severe as it was prior to starting the TMS (and the therapy). If and when it becomes generally available, it would be ideal, for me, to have it about four times a year.
