Hi Jealibeanz

There is just a tinge of blue (though there is a model which actually has a tinge of green, though it technically emits wavelengths withing the blue spectrum). It is usually recommended to be used in the morning. I use it while at my computer in the a.m. Hope you're doing better. Saturn.
