I found that after 4 weeks or so, I didn't have any problems with cognitive function. However, I have the most insane dreams on Seroquel. I wake up in the middle of the night or in the morning completely freaked out.
One pdoc had me taking 900mg. I now take 300mg. I won't complain about the dreams as long as I'm not paranoid or hallucinating.
