i'm glad to hear your feeling better.
and i really wanted to comment on the sleep thing. i think when i first started seeing my now pdoc his BIggest concern was with my sleep. it seemed it was affecting everything i do, effecting my mood, effecting my work,, my home life. it was terrible and he focused very hard on that.
i think/know that once my sleep issues calmed down and became more regularly adequate my mood also began to stabilize. its amazing what lack of or inconsistent sleep can do to a person.
i guess it was a question of the chicken or the egg though in my case. was the lack of sleep causing depression, mania, anxiety or the other way around??
but i guess that can go the other way also huh...having controlled sleep (is that what you were saying?) that is mess with normal sleep by having sleep induced or maintained my certain meds.
sometimes it boggles my mind how much and at the same time how little we know about our brains.not much insight...but opinionated this week that's for sure.
