I can't think of any drug that would be dangerous to combine with Seroquel.

As was suggested, Wellbutrin might be worth a try. Although this drug is known to produce anxiety early in treatment, perhaps the Seroquel will prevent that from happening.

You might be an ideal candidate for the Emsam patch. Even at low dosages, it appears to give people a gentle boost in mood and energy.
