Its hard to say without a dx... for various reasons I take Seroquel with Cymbalta which should give you a slight "lift". Cymbalta is a subtle antidepressant which may take a little while to feel but is a fairly effective one. Others may add things like Provigil and the like but that's getting a little in the more experimental range. A small dose of Wellbutrin SR/XR might work too. Either Wellbutrin or Cymbalta are compatible.Cheers
