Hi-
I agree with "anxiety-free"; please see someone like a compassionate counselor or psychiatrist who can help you deal with whatever happened in your life. Sometimes traumatic events in our lives can just make it too hard to cope on our own. When that happens, it helps to call out for an emotional "life guard" to give us their hand, and help us through the deep water. I've been there before, and I don't know how I would have gotten through it without the compassionate support of a good counselor, followed by perscribed medication from a psychiatrist when I was diagnosed as clinically depressed.
Sometimes it also helps to have someone like an empathetic counselor or psychiatrist who is not a part of your day to day life, so you can talk openly about what is bothering you without having to worry about censoring what you say because you may hurt feelings, make people worry about you, and such.Good luck! Let us know how you are doing!
