I can't imagine Buspar working on its own. that;s because I have seen absolutely NO anecdotal evidence that it can work on its own, in real-life conditions. In this it is not much unlike the non-reuptake-inhibiting "antidepressants," Remereon, serzone, trazodone, that rarely if ever work without a reuptake inhibitor to augment.
