Hello. Feta is reported to be high in tyramine. You can type in the name of a cheese in google and "tyramine level" and you will get some lists.

I have been on Parnate for a year now. I try every food in small quantities to see if I will have a reaction to it. I can actually eat a lot of cheddar cheese with no problem.

Hope this helps.

It has the appearance of a fresh cheese, but I don't want to press my luck until I know for sure. Any good resources for looking up cheese making processes? or relevant research or personal experience?
