Howdy all.
I have been on Nardil for about four months. I have recently begun to eat mozzarella cheese as I learned that it is not aged. So far so good. My question is this: is feta cheese (goat cheese) aged? It has the appearance of a fresh cheese, but I don't want to press my luck until I know for sure. Any good resources for looking up cheese making processes? or relevant research or personal experience?Thanks in advance for help!
