Which of these helped most?Nardil might be your best choice. It can produce anorgasmia initially, but it often disappears after a few months. I have never found the special diet that must be followed to be overly restrictive. Just be careful not to mix Nardil with any serotonergic drugs (SSRIs, Effexor, Anafranil, Serzone, etc.)
