MISTAKE ON LEXAPRO DOSAGE

I was on 30 (thirty) mg of Lexapro daily, then switched to Wellbutrin without any tapering. Thank you Janelle for bringing that to my attention.
Does anyone think that could be causing my mental state to be unstable even at this point of being on Wellubrutin for 11 days?
