After a few months on Effexor, this has begun happening to me. I would classify it as annoying, but not serious. It seems to be related to heavy sweating. After a workout (outdoor jogging), I normally perform various activities (icing, stretching, and so forth) before showering. I have found, however, that immediate showering usually helps.
